Policy ⤵️
1. New Clients. I will carry out a consultation, and would require a signed declaration.
2. Please come with bare nails. I DO NOT remove or work over other nail techs work.
3. Cancellation at least 48 hours before your appointment by text or email.
4. If you or your household are unwell or have any viral symptoms, please call me to re-arrange your appointment.
5. No treatments will be carried out if any bacteria, fungi, in-grown nails or any other skin/nail infection are present. Please advise prior to making an appointment to avoid disappointment.
6. Not offering any corns/calluses removal.
7. I would ask you take time to relax and enjoy. I do not rush my work.

9. Appointments only mon-fri between 10-1pm. (last appointment 1pm for one service only)
10. If your road is CPZ, please provide me a visitors parking permit if required.
